what kind of dupstep mess is the new taylor song

The kind that is slaying your faves at the moment ;).

OMG Taylor's gonna have 5 Top Ten Songs (and she can release them as singles as they are not falling out after the first week)

****tin on BTW Singles Peak!!

BTW and WANNNNEEEGGGGGBBBT BOTH#1

Begin Again #7 Judas #10

Red #6 and You and I #6

IKYWT and TEOG both Probably #3

And The last will definitely reach top 10!

Before the ALBUM IS RELEASED!

Bye Gagz!!!

Lol jk

The peaks are the same, but it should be noted that it isn't a fair comparison. Gaga's singles (apart from Judas) rose and fell slowly. Taylor's are doing it over a very short amount of time. Even though all of her promo singles are selling by the tons right now, it'll be interesting to see if they can hold on enough to sell a respectable single-worthy amount. Taylor's feats are spectacular, I just don't see the two eras as fair comparisons.

What I find most impressive about Taylor's releases is how fast her fan base jumps on board new material. She can sell more copies of a third promo single the first day of it's release than what most radio singles can sell during their entire chart run. It's really impressive what she's done this era, and the album hasn't even came out yet.

It's still doing better than any recent lead single except for Taylor. With only 3 million twitter followers and a long break, nobody was excepting a jackrabbit start for her like ID.

I agree. I also feel that Ke$ha, along with pretty much every other pop star in the last year or so chose to release an underwhelming lead single. There's this gut feeling inside of me that there will be stronger singles on the album..at least that's what I'm hoping haha. Die Young was a solid lead single release, but it's not the next Tik Tok or We R Who We R. That basically seems to characterize pop music this year. Acceptable, but not spectacular.

One Republic's most recent single sounds like a Florence + The Machine song

I think it sounds more like their last album. Maybe too much so...

That's because US radios won't play it enough - explain this given that Gangnam Style is selling over twice as much as Diamonds?

17. RIHANNA – Diamonds: 63.815 (+ 2.428) â–²

19. PSY – Gangnam Style: 62.978 (+ 1.417) â–¼
