Blake revealed that he and the ‘X Factor USA’ judge had begun working on cuts for the release, explaining: “I think her fans will be surprised by it. I would say its definitely the ‘unexpected’ Britney in so many ways, in that she’s playing with new textures and stomping on new grounds and genresâ€. Judas at least had the cultural impact and everyone knows that song... MTN, not so much Yeah Marry The Night was on the verge of people knowing it but it couldn't break into the top on itunes. MTN did disastrously on radio and barely got played on most stations, no way around it. Album buyers will buy another is they liked the last one, if the next one has promising promo, and you keep them entertained in between via social media and unofficial releases and teasers. You keep using that example and it's not even right. Eminem isn't in the pop scene, the rap scene is completely different with loyalty. Katy still released music to the public in 2012. I love the song and it's Britney's biggest hit in many countries in YEARS, including the UK and Germany, where she performed very poorly during her last era. It could actually end up selling more than TTWE worldwide, which I wouldn't be against.
