Mills 446
IKYWT is getting some huge love on Mainstream Top40. Another HOT 100 chart-topper in-the-making for the country/pop songstress Taylor Swift? Anyway, congrats on Britney for tying Mariah on the second most entries on the Pop Songs chart. And also for Rihanna's 47th total week at the top of the HOT 100 chart, the fourth most in history, only behind Mariah Carey, the Beatles, and Boyz II Men.
Fizzy 2,217
Can't argue with that...but DY was only at #2 for a week. BR was there for what, 7 weeks? That makes it even more frustrating to think out of 7 weeks atleast one week it shud have gone No 1! “The scars on my mind are on Replay”

_Lam 597
Hair's overproduction would have caused everyone's radios to implode / break. It would sound horrendous. Some songs are meant for HQ only Very good point I thought I was the only one noticing this. There are so much production layer on Hair that radio quality would just destroy the song making it look like a total mess. Hair in HQ is godly IMO. hausofmike 127
I think Hair would have flopped harder than MTN. Radio would have actually played Hair compared to that crappy song
Gerrard174 695
I believe Hair peaked as high as it did due to the hype, but had it been released later it would have bombed. I like it, but I don't think radio would have. No. Hair is the most radio-friendly song and even Billboard acknowledged that and said that Hair should've been a single. Hair debuted with 120K less than TEOG did, so that's enough of a factor showing it wasn't as well received and likely would not have done too hot as a single. That's because her album is one week from releasing and there are so many Gaga songs on itunes - BTW, judas, TEOG
Magoo 6
No. Hair is the most radio-friendly song and even Billboard acknowledged that and said that Hair should've been a single. Meh. I don't think Gaga should be subservient to the (soon to be) obsolete technology they call radio.

That was to save the era from flopping. I rather have a cheesy song saving the era than MTN not getting those sales. she could have released Hair to get back the radio support, especially when HAC and AC are giving her support after TEOG and YAI. then she can release MTN/Scheisse or whatever she wants to end the era. Mills 446
Radio would have actually played Hair compared to that crappy song Couldn't agree more. Hair is actually one of the most radio-friendly tracks from BTW, regardless if it's overproduced or not. If anything, it has the potential to be BTW 2.0. That was to save the era from flopping.
