She still has enough predominance to top the chart in most other countries WW so her missing the US won't bother me all that much, like with Bad Romance. The powers that be in radio are digging their heels in more and more in an effort to stave off irrelevancy and uphold the status quo. So much more time, money, and energy should be directed toward innovation.
