Cherry 17
Chart News â€@chartnews Billboard Hot 100: @Rihanna's Diamonds drops from #16 to a bulleted #18 in its 2nd week. Digital sales rank: #9 (108,000). That means it increased in Hot 100 points. Not bad at all for her. Have you guys seen the new genre charts? "Diamonds" is #1 on R&B/Hip Hop Songs and "Never Ever" is #1 on Country Songs (with two other Taylor songs in the top ten) I swear Swiftie's record label had to have played a part in the rule change. I believe the name is Unapologetic. I thought it was really interesting the first second I saw it, but after actually paying attention to it, I think it's very poorly done and quite tacky. Side Effects should've been the title. Oh well. I am warming up to Diamonds a little bit.
Robotboy 1,700
gaga will have trouble to peak number 1 on billboard with the stupid radio deciding all number 1s. gangnam style has sold alot more than stupid maroon 5. :pressed: Remember that you are unique. Cherry 17
That's dumb. inb4 Taylor Swift releases an EDM song that goes #1 on the Country charts Bill Werde said on Twitter that there are songs on Taylor's new album that won't be eligible for the country chart, but that really makes me wonder why they allowed "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together". Danny 8
The fact that airplay counts more than sales is a mess. I don't really understand the new rule though...
Klou 2,414
Those new genre chart changes make no sense. Now Taylor's pop song is going to top the country chart.
