Rihanna and Chris Brown aren't "cultural impact."

People just think they're both stupid. :lmao:

Maybe not but it will get people talking at least

KWORB is all screwed up :fail: It shows Scream and Shout dropping to #47, but I know that can't be true. I think it's #11 right now.

Yup it's #11.

It looks like "I knew you were trouble" by T. Swift isnt doing too hot digitally.

Yep.

I'm sure NB will be a single. Many seem to think it's an album highlight + Rihanna will unfortunately milk the incident for as long as she possibly can.

Nobody's Business is okay... It's my second favorite on the album, but that's not saying very much. It does sound great for radio, though.

I'm guessing the future U singles will be:

-Right Now f/ David Guetta

-Numb f/ Eminem

-Nobody's Business f/ Chris Brown

And they will all be top 10 hits.

IKYWT has barley impacted radio and doesn't have a video. Holding in top 20 at this point should be a great sign.

I think at this point it's negatively hitting her image, because it's becoming more well-known that they're dating again. It makes her look super cowardly.

Once your personal life matters more than your music, you've lost it all. Ie Britney Spears

S&S is Top 10!

Interesting that it LOST AI on the day of it's impact date. Just goes to show how little a role radio plays in a song's digital performance. In my opinion, the best way to promote a song is no longer radio or a video but more like streaming websites like Spotify, commercials, and promotional performances since they seem to be the most effective lately.

The impact date effect wont be known until tomorrow

Rihanna's second single should be Stay. Again, I reiterate the fact that Diamonds was probably a driving factor in Unapologetic's first week sales. Namely, the fact that it was a ballad. Stay could do wonders. It's a simple, effective piano ballad with great vocals that suit the song well. What radio station wouldn't play that? Remember how well SLY did.

So it lost yesterday but we won't know if it gained until tomorrow?

I posted this yesterday but it was really late so I want to post it again so some can see it again. :rip:

Look at this. Very interesting list that I found (It's a bit outdated since it's from August 2012, but it really is good for discussion purposes):

Album vs. Track Sales in the Past 18 Months (February 2011-August 2012).

1. Adele 33.5% (11.1M albums, 22.2M tracks)

2. Lady Antebellum 27.5% (2.9M albums, 7.5M tracks)

3. Justin Bieber 26.2% (4.3M albums, 12.2M tracks)

4. Jason Aldean 21.4% (2.4M albums, 9.0M tracks)

5. Zac Brown Band 20.4% (2.0M albums, 8.0M tracks)

6. Coldplay 18.1% (1.9M albums, 8.5M tracks)

7. Luke Bryan 18.1% (1.8M albums, 8.0M tracks)

8. Lady Gaga 17.0% (3.1M albums, 15.1M tracks)

9. Lil Wayne 16.0% (3.1M albums, 16.2M tracks)

10. Taylor Swift 15.0% (2.3M albums, 13.2M tracks)

11. Drake 13.9% (2.3M albums, 14.2M tracks)

12. Eminem 12.9% (2.0M albums, 13.5M tracks)

13. Glee Cast 10.9% (2.4M albums, 19.4M tracks)

14. Britney Spears 10.0% (1.0M albums, 8.8M tracks)

15. Nicki Minaj 9.6% (1.5M albums, 15.0M tracks)

16. Maroon 5 9.5% (1.5M albums, 14.0M tracks)

17. Rihanna 9.0% (2.1M albums, 21.1M tracks)

18. Chris Brown 8.6% (1.2M albums, 13.0M tracks)

19. Bruno Mars 8.5% (1.3M albums, 13.5M tracks)

20. Usher 8.2% (0.8M albums, 8.7M tracks)

21. Katy Perry 6.6% (1.6M albums, 22.5M tracks)

22. LMFAO 5.9% (1.0M albums, 15.9M tracks)

23. David Guetta 4.7% (0.4M albums, 9.2M tracks)

24. Pitbull 4.4% (0.6M albums, 13.3M tracks)

25. Flo Rida 1.1% (0.1M albums, 11.0M tracks)

I'm no sure what the percentage next to each name is. I'm assuming it's the percentage that albums comprise of each artists respective records sales.

Gaga is at a convenient position having a slight edge with her albums.

Here's where I got it from: http://atrl.net/foru...ad.php?t=260780
