MARIAH CAREY – All I Want For Christmas Is…: 29.997 (+ 2.820)

This song is almost 20 years old and it's gonna chart again and every year from now on.

Keeping her relevant, doing more than all of her 18 #1 hits.

Yes. For some reason, all of her songs start off slow then jump right into the Top 10. People just eat her stuff up. She's like a second-hand version of Katy Perry.

haha true. i don't know though, i'm not feeling supernatural and the

other songs i've heard so far. i like ke$ha but we'll see. i'm not the GP!

I've heard All I Want For Christmas Is You several times already and Thanksgiving just ended. That song is truly something else.

All I Want for Christmas #44 on iTunes :legend:

I'm glad this song can chart again. It should easily outdo it's old peak of #89.

I'm glad Scream & Shout is doing well too, even though I can't stand will.i.cant :derpga:

Yeah. I considered buying her album. But then I thought to myself "When am I ever really going to pull this out and listen to it because I want to?" I have never had an urge to listen to Ke$ha. I just listen to her when she's on. She's even on my iPod and I don't listen to her. God bless her stans, but god her music is so generic. It's even worse when she went around promising to reinvent pop music. It's just the same old Ke$ha.

"It is hard to get the album because the stores basically said that the last few re-releases they had put out did not do well and they didn't want to take a chance," she said in an appearance on New York radio station Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club. "So, Target and Walmart is not selling the album. Target is actually my biggest retailer -- they've always been my biggest retailer. They've sold the most Nicki Minaj albums ever, so, thank you, Target. But I wish you could've sold this one."

As for Best Buy, the retailer "only took limited [quantities] because they're like 'Oh we don't know, we want to play it safe,' so it's very difficult and it kind of sets you up to fail," she said, adding that some of her fans "have been driving hours, literaly hours, to get one CD. But it is what it is, and I appreciate the support, and I'm excited about the music."

MARIAH CAREY – All I Want For Christmas Is…: 29.997 (+ 2.820)

WILL.I.AM & BRITNEY SPEARS – Scream And Shout: 5.141 (+ 1.085)

:lala:

I'm quite happy that, with this song, it's not a BRITNEY single, it's a WILL.I.AM single and hence sales aren't so damn front loaded and the song actually CLIMBS the chart instead of falling down like a rock. Glad to see that it's getting it's second 1 million+ update and it's radio release is tomorrow so a 2 million+ (or close to that) update seems plausible.

I guess I'm not the only one that becomes borderline suicidal when I hear that song. :smh: KILL IT WITH FIRE. It's been out for SOOOOOO long.
