Klou 2,414
I know it's featured in the new Twilight, but I'm still suprised how high A Thousand Years is on iTunes after being out a year now.
Dangerous Man 9,245
Not as bad as Red by Taylor Swift And I doubt it'll get old QUICKLY like Lotus did. I liked Lotus at first, but that album has 0 replay value Red>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> "A little less conversation and a little more touch my body."

Bad 32
Why is she even releasing a remix for Diamonds when the song is still hot? You're only supposed to do that when the song is fading. Didn't she learn from her BFF Katy? :nails:
Echo 327
Bionic Bad? **** that scares me. Is that even possible? It's basically worse tbh.
saltface 178
Why is she even releasing a remix for Diamonds when the song is still hot? You're only supposed to do that when the song is fading. Didn't she learn from her BFF Katy? What? Releasing the remix when the song peaks on digital pushes digital sales even higher to guarantee #1. Why would you release a remix for a fading song?
Deacon 5
What? Releasing the remix when the song peaks on digital pushes digital sales even higher to guarantee #1. Why would you release a remix for a fading song? Look at S&M. Her remix with Britney gave it enough of a boost to push it to #1 for a week.
Bad 32
What? Releasing the remix when the song peaks on digital pushes digital sales even higher to guarantee #1. Why would you release a remix for a fading song? Well what I mean is that Diamonds was going to be #1 either way. She didn't need the remix. S&M or Last Friday Night wouldn't have been #1 if it weren't for the remixes.
Phlop 4,773
maybe she wants that #1 for a longer period of time? I dont think featured remixes should count for a single's chart run. Especially when they're not on the album, so they're forced to buy the remix version. BYE

Arturo 40,746
Red>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Well, I think it's horrible In other news, Taylor Swift is supposedly dating Harry Styles. Will this help their new albums? No, but it gives us yet another reason to back up the fact that Taylor Swift is either a *****, hungry for another hit song, or both. Deacon 5
In other news, Taylor Swift is supposedly dating Harry Styles. Will this help their new albums? I don't know. His fans might kill her when they inevitably break-up and she writes an album about it lol.

They had the remix recorded because they didn't think it would ever go #1 because it's not #1 worthy :coffee:

craig 680
Simple. They had the remix recorded because they didn't think it would ever go #1 because it's not #1 worthy I agree. Wasn't looking so good for Diamonds a couple weeks ago. And it's getting really strong airplay now. You do the remix when you expect everything to align best for chart positions. Funny, Kanye already has a diamond-related song where he samples Shirley Bassey. The wewre fan-made remixes of it with Rihann's song. With 1.45 minutes of Kanye, he has several time for lyrics now than Riri.
