What's the record for the longest at #1 on itunes (and digital sales) without (or before) reaching #1 on Hot 100?

OMN has been top 5 on itunes for months so I do think it deserves the #1 spot. I really like the song too.

That only means it deserves to be in the top 5 for months, not #1

I love Diamonds, but Ri gurl, when I saw that Jeff tweeted THAT, I was dying. That is perhaps the worst track list on a pop album ever

It looks like someone made it as a joke :eww:

I have no idea, but I remember Party in the U.S.A was at #1 FOREVER and never got to #1 on Hot 100.

Yes! This is one of those times where I would actually accept them taking a random word from a verse and making it the title of the song rather than getting a word/phrase from the chorus :eww:

Party in the U.S.A should have went #1 :wtf:

It was a summer anthem if I remember correctly.

La Rosalia

As a multi-racial band our foundation is built upon both diversity and consideration for other cultures. Our intention with our new video was never to offend, hurt or trivialize Native American people, their culture or their history. Although we consulted with Native American friends and Native American studies experts at the University of California, we realize now that we have offended people. This is of great concern to us and we are removing the video immediately. The music that inspired us when we started the band, and the community of friends, family, and fans that surrounds us was built upon respect, unity and inclusiveness. We sincerely apologize to the Native American community and anyone else offended by this video. Being hurtful to anyone is simply not who we are.

- No Doubt

I loved the video

Gangnam Style is an "anthem" too, but didn't go #1 neither. Face it, even if *'it's not fair'.

*Oh how I loved that song. :D

God, what a bunch of bad song titles. Although I'm not surprised considering it's a Rihanna album.

I didn't get to see the video, so could you elaborate as to why they would see it as offensive?

It had Gwen dressed in traditional Native American clothing. They found it offensive since she's white, apparently. :smh:

That tracklist is so mediocre that a fan could have come up with it :smh:

1. Little Monsters

2. Paws Up

3. Mother Monster

4. I'm a Free Bitch Baby!

5. And That's the Truth Tea

is a better tracklist than that :smh:
