Detroit radio whoring her out, which I expected, but it's awesome cuz I'm really enjoying this song. What a perfect comeback single. And the strategies are blowing me away - fantastic radio deal, fantastic iTunes debut, video premiere (on Idol) on Wednesday - all set for a Top 10 debut, but the longevity should be there to make it a summer hit. Yeah, when I heard it on the radio this morning I was just thinking how much better is sounds than anything else on the radio. I liked a lot of songs from her 2009 album Memoirs but I would have never expected that she'd have another hit again. But a couple daytime appearances, maybe a latenight appearance and Idol should be more than enough.
