She's a pretty big star in her native Estonia but she has a very small fanbase internationally and hasn't released an album since her debut, Love Is Dead, in July 2008. Her new album kept getting pushed back and pushed back and finally there was news that it was going to be released in January next year. But there's still nothing. Oh, and some of her fans claimed Gaga stole her look back in her Fame days, considering they had albums released at the same time and Kerli just happened to have long platinum blonde hair too. The album is pretty good, but to say it's better than BTW is ludacris http://www.metacritic.com/music/warrior/keha Anything Could Happen down to #29.... I thought she would keep rising. It's actually at #25 right now because The Voice songs just passed it.
