NBC slamming Scream & Shout

The truth tea TBH.

Seriously Britney IMO is a living zombie. She's not even able to dance, sing and can barely promote her **** right.

I don't hate her and I certainly respect her for her past success, but to me, she is really a living corpse. I really feel bad for her she seems to have so much mentals issue due to the atrocities she lived back than.

I just don't get how you can love her when what you hear from her is a 120% autotune voice, when she does dance, when she can barely talk it public and look so desperately in need of help.

And that song is ****ing crap. We get it will.i.am WE GET IT ! You "burn down the house" "the the music up" "blow the house" "pop bottles in da club" "look at them s-xy chicks".

This is so stupid seriously. :fail:

I agree the song/video is extremely shallow, but they come acrossed as so pressed by the song's success in that article.

Bless the almighty LORD! I rejoice as a fan in the glory of being able to drag people for calling Britney irrelevant. :excited2: And WOW at it selling 258K! I didn't know it sold THAT much! Especially on Christmas time when digital sales are at an all time low during the year. The power of Britney. :legend:

Britney will never be irrelevant. Anyone who says she will be is seriously trolling or just a hater.

I don't particularly think Britney has top notch dancing or singing abilities (just MY opinion), but I do recognize she is an icon and will always be one.

The only market I haven't seen it chart on iTunes yet is the UK. I wonder if it's been released there? will.i.am is a judge on The Voice UK so he's quite popular in that market.

He's a judge on The Voice? Judging people for their singing abilities? :dead:

La Rosalia

I used to dislike her, but like 2 or 3 weeks ago I heard Blackout and **** that album is amazing, I can only hope that she creates something as good as that album, I want her to dance more also

All Rihanna eras have been messy after Rated R. :flop:

Loud was okay, but she generally flopped after S&M, and her album sales were womp. Only Girl and WMN were basically it.

Well, I completely support your opinion but there's a reason Britney's fan base is still supporting the "zombie": Deep down most of us know that she is restrained both legally and probably mentally and, of course, physically. She has a conservatorship (legal), a team watching over her every move making sure she doesn't do or say anything that will harm her (physical), and all that medication that does God knows what to her brain (mental). Yet, here she is, still making music, doing tours, and now, X-Factor. Do you think that Britney doesn’t have enough of a justifiable reason to just quit? To stop making music and care for her children and re-marry and live a simple life. After all, why not? She has enough money to survive for the rest of her life and who would want to continue a career as pop star considering all the **** she took? Knowing that she is still in the music industry willing to put herself out there at the disposal of the very people that almost got her KILLED is enough for me to support her any day. I’m not justifying Ms. Spear’s actions, her performing abilities, or her lack of input in her work but you have to look at it from a different perspective. I know she loves her fans (Read some of the letters she wrote back in 2007 to her fans on her website, I’ll message them to you if you ask for them) and I know she cares. She could easily, right now, be sitting at her home reading or cooking but instead she's still recording music videos, recording new music (She's been spotted in the studio three times in one week not too long ago), and ready to do it all again with Album 8. Britney isn't a living corpse, she was forced to become one.

Not to mention, she still gives me music that I like (The only albums I cared about last year were her's and Gaga's).

Sorry about the rant, I can go on, but this is Charts Discussion thread and we must remain on topic. I apologize.

I understand and certainly respect Britney for all of this but that's not a reason for me to "appreciate" the work she doing now because it is simply bad IMO and do not reflect Britney at all. It's clear to me she doesn't want to do it anymore, she should just stop instead of releasing material when she clearly doesn't care about the quality or do not invest her effort in it anymore.

Well, like I said, I wasn't justifying her work, performing abilities, etc. No excuses for that. I was just responding to why some people still stan for her.

:worship: Everything you just said. It's so sad to see her awkward claps and awkward smiles on x factor. Honestly, Britney used to be someone that interacted with fans and was "there" mentally. That is no longer true. And it's so sad to see. i don't mean to offend anyone but you're completely right.
