I just like the song. For Britney, I honestly feel like she's one of those artists that she's been around for so long that a song flopping means little. Everyone knows her name, and always will for quite some time. (Regardless of whether people like her or hate her.)

#6 in Brazil

#4 in France

#17 Italy

#4 Mexico

#8 Spain

Etc, you get the point. It's doing it's part in just keeping her in the conversation.

Yeah, when Criminal was flopping I was like "Pffft, she's had worse." Let's just say I didn't take Judas and MTN lightly. :laughga:

The era would have been perfect if she would have kept at at 3 singles. But she did a 4th for her fans, so I thought that was nice at least

I drag Lady Gaga left and right, but the BTW era was actually pretty strong for her album sales wise/tour wise. In addition to Judas being shoved under the rug by TEOG anyway, so it didn't necessarily "flop."

Britney had a strong era too, especially for how long she's been in the game. HIAM/TTWE/IWG all smashed in the US, and all 4 videos (in my opinion) were really great. After that, she got her big X-Factor contract and won that never-ending lawsuit that finally put her away from what went on in her past. It's been a good few years for her, and I'm happy for her.

The video made it worth it. :legend:

Yeah, TEOG was quick and managed to mostly erase the damage Judas caused. MTN didn't have a single to fall back on to stop it from looking like a flop.

At that point, Gaga seemed done with the era anyway. The New York ball drop was a nice way to close off the year, and kick off her media break.

The casual listener and GP don't recognize "flops". If you asked people what GaGa's latest songs were, you would just get BTW, TEOG, and YAI. People barely ever heard MTN and Judas on the radio. I think I heard Judas maybe once on the radio and MTN maybe ten to fifteen times.

Gangam Style surpassed Bieber's views. :rip:

I wonder how much Scheisse the world can eat. An infinity I guess

Yeah, but his latest video, BAAB, is surpassed 90 million views in just one month. :eww:

I wonder if Nicki helped that number because his last video is about to hit 90 million three months later ... odd

that S & S song is horrible imo. it doesn't sound like Britney. she is doing some kind of Madonna British accent. and the only way you know it's Britney is when she says Britney b---h. I was really disappointed. I don't know how it will do commercially. I am very bad at predicting this.

A lot of people seem to know about MTN. And they obviously don't view it as a flop because they don't follow the charts.

Judas seems to be the most forgotten.

I only listened BAAB once because it was produced by Zedd and I love his productions, but Bieber just ruins the song for me. I don't get the love for Bieber from GP, but good for him I guess. 2012 was a ****ty year for music (with a few exceptions), so the "hit songs" must be ****ty top.

I thought that too about BAAB's video and ALAYLM's video. Taking into consideration how good ALAYLM performed I would expect it's views to be significantly higher by now.

I agree it's really not what people are making it out to be :nails:

It's due to the publicity stunt

I agree, except for Yoü and I. W.W it didnt do as well as Judas.

Judas is pretty popular in Europe.

I guess her least known single really is MTN, which is the only true flop.

Judas did reach #10 and it's about to reach Platinum in the US.

Plus it sold 2.5 million WW, which is pretty much the same or more than Yoü and I did.
