jhonyguy04 3
*Not here for the MTN shade. Anyways, don't count on the song flopping. Skyfall (the film) was just released and they show the song in full in the beginning of the film with these really cool and dramatic graphics and it was really convincing me to get the song. That is more promo than any performance or music video can possibly give her.
Rocky 21
Adele needs to flop with that song. It's more boring then Marry the Night!! Forget it, it's #3 on iTunes already.

Klou 2,414
but does radio support skyfall? i hope it falls quickly when most people seen the movie. like in uk It has under 30AI and dropping. Radio does not seem to be backing it, so yeah it will drop once the hype dies down.Sad because its the only song of hers I've ever really liked. 28386 0
Adele needs to flop with that song. It's more boring then Marry the Night!! Its just a sounds track and has done x100 better than 'Hello,Hello'
Americano 31,061
Its just a sounds track and has done x100 better than 'Hello,Hello' It was also a full-single and was given radio treatment. Not comparable.. at all. That's like comparing an unreleased album track from The Fame and 'Bad Romance' in terms of success.
Arturo 40,746
Its just a sounds track and has done x100 better than 'Hello,Hello' But Skyfall is a song for a movie that's part of an extremely successful franchise while Hello Hello was a song for a G-rated kids' movie about gnomes. You cannot compare them
28386 0
Well It didn't win the Academy Award! Skyfall is far from a flop Id go as far to say its the most successful (charting wise) Bond song I can ever remember it was #1 all over the world on iTunes hours after release
Tommymonster44 0
It passed 3 million a month ago... (I don't like it either) Do you know if it's been certified 3x platinum yet, though? It may or may not still be 2x Platinum. But its so much better than Diamonds! If they give Rihanna that number one after taking it from PSY I will flip. I was thinking the same thing the second Diamonds got that sales boost. One More Night and Diamonds are some of the most bland pop music I've heard in a while. It's not like they are terrible songs, but they are just so generic, over-saturated, and conservative that I just don't even want to hear them anymore. Plus, the radio plays them like crazy. This afternoon, One More Night came on the radio. I quickly changed to the other pop station, but it way playing there too! As a last resort I switched to my third pop radio stations, but OMN was playing at that station. All three of my local pop stations were playing this same song at the same time. The song just gets on my nerves at this point.
ryhanna 3,507
Heard Maroon 5's new single on the radio a couple of times yesterday. It's pretty bland, but so were Payphone and One More Night. I'm sure it'll be a hit for them, though.
