They literally are controlling any song that can go #1.... Edit: Whether you like the song or not Gangnam style deserves to go #1 over any song that's out or not. ESP Diamonds. Billboard will even change rules on the fly to benefit a certain artist. I really wouldn't be surprised if Taylor's team payed them off so they would make her pop song #1 on the Country chart. EDIT: Go #1 and block Gangnam Style of course.
