Excuses, excuses.

Not an excuse. Just a fact. Would you rather buy the same album for 14.99 or 99 cents? :giggle:

*Just crossed the 100 million mark in AI and reached the Top 10 on radio.

no video out either :rip:

Seems like it doesn't need it now, either. :rip:

I'm honestly surprised Def Jam hasn't released a greatest hits album for Rihanna considering the number of artists who release compilations without truly earning them. She's one of the very few artists who can actually have a compilation full of big hits rather than an average singles collection. I suppose she doesn't need one just yet, though.

I'm kind of split on this. A greatest hits album might be really good publicity for Rihanna and because of all the giant hits she has, it could sell really well. Compiling her biggest songs might get people to realize how much well known pop music she's put out..something that I feel is kind of ignored. I mean, hate Rihanna all you want, you can't deny the mass amount of hits she's put out in just a few short years.

On the other hand, though, people might not care. All of the songs were already smash hits so at this point in time, it might not be worth buying. Plus, none of albums do well or create and impact, so what's to say that a greatest hits album will?

I could see it either way.

Two songs drop out of the top 10 this week. Taylor Swift's "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" drops from #4 to #11. The song spent three weeks at #1, becoming Swift's first #1 pop hit. P!nk's "Blow Me (One Last Kiss)" drops from #10 to #12. It peaked at #5.

"We Are Never Ever…" drops from #8 on last week's Hot Digital Songs chart completely off the chart this week. Its sales went from 112K last week to negative 83K this week. This negative tally reduced the song's release-to-date tally from 2,443,000 to 2,359,000. How can this be? Many fans took advantage of iTunes' "Complete Your Album" feature. When fans take advantage of that feature, they get a reduction on the price of the album, but the earlier song transaction is deducted from the song's tally.

I think Taylor or 1D will block both of them :nails:

I don't think Taylor will remain at #1 that long, and I'm not sure 1D's album will sell all that well. I still don't think Rih will get that #1 tho :hehe:

Speak Now returned to the top on early 2011, so I think it could remain at #1 for at least one month, I`d be happy if Riri get it, 11 #1 singles with no #1 album

I didn't know Speak Now held so strong. Gmh. I'm kind of rooting for Rih to hit #1 so she can finally stop releasing a new album every week in the hope of getting a number one album.

A #RiriHiatus sounds wonderful tbh.

I don`t think she releases a new album every year to get the one album lol, and Nicki will release in the same week too, sounds like Rihanna won`t debut in the top 5 :hehe:
