Gaga had probably had a good 3 million records sold in the US by the time BTW was released. 2 million sales from BTW (the song). It reached the 2 million mark before the release of the album. You can't expect a 3rd single to shoot up to the Top 10. It takes time. Although I do think this might be a smaller hit than BF (#2) and ALAYLM (#6). Perhaps a Top 15 hit ala PTA.
