No! It will be Physical and Break My Heart. I think she's done performing Don't Start Now as it won't help the song to reach new peaks in the US and I feel like it could do its own thing now.

She said that we will hear BMH next from the album, so I assume it will be released on the 27th! Then the video with the album on April 3rd.

A Physical performance is definitely confirmed, based on the emoji in her Instagram post.
