Has anyone sent back their physical tickets for a refund? If so how did you do it exactly? I am nervous about the tickets getting lost especially sending them from another country.

I did, I printed the pdf they send for refunds and then put all the details and sent it. Had zero problems with that :yay:

Yeah, when they sent the email with the new date there's a link with the form and they tell you the address you need to send it to.

Spoiler

Tickets purchased on our website and withdrawn in store or received by Post (called « physical tickets »)

If you already have collected your tickets in a store, or received them by post, please print and complete the refund form available by clicking on this link and send it to us with your original tickets (no copy will be accepted) to the address below :

What email? I only got two: confirmation of my purchase, and another one about the insurance, my pdfs are about its terms and conditions.

For context, I ordered two tickets, one for me and another for my cousin and she wants to send hers back and get a refund, although its under my order.

Didnt you get an email when they announced the new date? There's all the options you have for a refund.

Oh, then I guess the refund is not an option. Not that I know at least :ohno:

Are they usually an option? I figured for security/re-selling reasons they're not allowed

I don;t understand how to buy them on ticketmaster.fr  Seems first you have to choose the package and then the system randomises the seats? What if i want to buy GC Early entry?
