Economy 50,271 Posted March 6, 2020 Share Posted March 6, 2020 So when perfect illusion was flopping miserably in Canada and in Toronto I started spamming request pages to people for radio stations and I used tones of fake emails myself and I tell u not it became a radio hit for like a week shortly after with 6+ daily spins on Pop radio stations Then the spins tanked again maybe somehow they caught on that people actually hated the song and the requests were fans spamming Anyway I been doing the same again with request links for the 2nd largest Pop Station in Toronto (because the largest doesn't have an easy request page) and the spins have been SOLID Also another station Z103.5 who hates Gaga and always takes forever to start playing her music must have caught on its popularity as it played it today near 5pm during peak hour Also Canada's Shazam is #20 but in Toronto it's #13 and since we bring up the average having the most population I think it's fair to say without us at #13 the Canadian average would be lower than #20 Am I having an actual impact or am I being delulu and it's just a coincidence? Economy 50,271 Posted March 6, 2020 Author Share Posted March 6, 2020 Oh and I'm being super sly with my fake emails I write in different styles for each one to not appear like the same person spamming I also don't request with all emails at once to not appear suspicious and I request a higher number during peak hours that would make more sense. I have tones of unopened emails cuz I never check or delete them . So u can always try that trick But so I use them for the requests (the ones with a legit sounding name, u can't use ones that clearly have a name from a company). I also try not to use the same email twice Just remember u can't use the same style for every email. Some I simply state the song I want by name, others I type a little message etc... U gotta change it up And again I do this throughout the day and to a greater extent shortly after rush hour when ppl get home which I imagine is the time of day more requests naturally come in I try to be as unsuspicious as possible cuz I'm sure these radio ppl have a lot of experience sniffing out fan spam Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
