Jan just had a more rounded performance tonight. She served vocals, choreo, presence, and an amazing runway. Even the editors know she killed it, they clearly edited her favorably this episode to take away the win from her for the sake of good tv.

That’s a fair opinion. But the reaction towards Gigi’s win has been very polarizing and in favor of Jan, from what I’ve seen here, on Twitter, and on Reddit. So Jan is clearly doing something right to have the large majority of the fanbase on her side.

I wanted Jan to win but oh my God Gigi continues to surprise me every single week. Her Madonna was so charismatic. She’s simply a superstar. Also the runway look? Hello gorgeous! It was effortlessly chic.

Jan is so funny, I fell in love watching her on untucked. I mean, these past two untuckeds she's been comedy gold with that shade button and you can tell she's willing to improve and change things.

And speaking as someone who has studied fashion for four years and is a part of the industry—it baffles me when people discredit minimalism. You don’t have to put on ten pounds of glitter and rhinestones to be fashionable. Gigi has that chic factor which very few queens do.

Oh I do believe Gigi’s outfit was good. Jan was just much better. It really hurts to see her being paid dust tbh, her reaction when she lost was heartbreaking. But Trinity said it best:

Even in the untucked all the queens were certain Jan was the winner. Period.

You have the right to have your own opinions, but stop trying to pass the "Gigi was better than Jan" narrative because it's simply not true. Not in this episode. 

Then, and this IS a personal opinion, I even think that overall Jan is more talented and better than Gigi. Gigi has more personality than her and that's it. But even there we don't know how the edit is making the difference by pushing Gigi's personality and hiding the others.
