I saw glimpses of it on s11 but this season has fully shown how over produced drag race has gotten

My heart really truly BROKE for Jan tonight...First she lost after how confident she was that she could (deservedly) win, and then watching her best friend in the competition go home. 

However, Gigi also performed IMPECCABLY well and was a good choice to win too.

BUT

I can't be the ONLY one to think that Jaida and SP not being in the top was blasphemous? Jaida was my bet to win.

The fact that they gave Jan this whole winning storyline only to take the win away from her for the shock of “oh no she lost!” aka good tv, it’s honestly sad. She deserves better.

It’s exhausting to see how production chooses their front runners since the beginning and then cast the rest as filler. Jan was obviously cast as filler and is doing better than they expected, same as Shuga last season. If I were her I’d feel defeated, what’s the point of trying if you know they won’t give it to you? And if they do give you a win they’ll try their hardest to eliminate you as soon as they can? It’s not the first time they do this to a queen, and it must feel very awful to see them pick other queens over you.

Gigi is good and she’s slaying, but it’s obvious she’s being pushed for the win and it’s not fair for the other girls. It’s too damn obvious, they literally should just crown her already. 

Amazing episode, no one bombed the challenge and as a Madonna stan I’m glad they did her justice. One of the best casts the show has ever seen, ruined by some of the worst judging. The show has always rigged wins and eliminations for storyline purposes, but this season is just too extremely obvious, they’re not being subtle at all and it’s taking away from the fun as a viewer. Literally since the premieres, the only ones to win challenges have been Gigi and Sherry. And on the premieres they didn’t win but they were top 2. Like, seriously? It sucks for the other girls. I’m just outraged really at the shenanigans they’re pulling. It’s disrespectful for the queens who work so hard to get there and who want to win with all their heart, and they get thrown aside even if they kill it in the challenge.

Rant over. I’m just really pissed. Jan and all the other girls deserve better than this.

I am DISGUSTED by the Jan's robbery! It's so unfair. Gigi did a good job, but her outfit was basic AF. While Jan was phenomenal, a true pro.

Why do they hate her? And can Ru and her authors stop being horny for 20 yo twinks? Gigi is great on her own, there's no need to push her, they only letting the GP hating on her.

I'm such a Gigi stan and I'm here for her to win, but this wasn't her challenge, yeah, she was good as Madonna and her runway was decent, but Jan served vocals, choreo and a great look too.

I guess since Gigi did those backflips she seemed better but Jan deserved the win.

Jan was cast as filler queen, period. She’s doing better than they thought. Never have I seen such a full-rounded queen killing it almost every single episode, being sidelined so cruelly. The audience reactions are very telling. Even past contestants have expressed their discontent for what went down tonight. It’s not even fun to watch when we already know who’s winning. They’re trying so so hard to push Gigi down our throats. She’s killing it too, but damn is the winner edit obvious as hell. Meanwhile they’ve been trying hard to edit Jan into the background. It’s sad really.

But at the end, Jan has almost everyone on her side and the audience loves her. So she’ll benefit from this for sure.

Exactly what was it about Jan’s performance that was better than Gigi’s? Gigi looked, danced and embodied Madonna better. She was Madonna out there. I do agree her bikini outfit was basic tho. 

So glad Brita is gone. Her “everybody loves me in NY” talk was getting unbearable. What exactly was her talent? Also her mouth is ****ing terrifying. It’s literally half her face, Everytime she opened it i was scared she was gonna eat whoever she was talking to.
