This is a sign of a very good campaign. 24 hours were strictly dedicated to tik tok. Now, it seems they are focusing on YouTube & google. Maybe it’s a different platform each day? Even if that is the case the views can't come from this since the stats have remained the same, so its views come from paid ads on Youtube regardless of Tik Tok.
