We've been been tracking Stupid Love day by day on every platform whereas Simm just took a quick look at the numbers and called it a day. He has like 40 other songs to estimate. Gaga will 4x her sales or more which equates to a 100+ point lead on that. Gaga is ahead on every streaming platform except Spotify just today by a bit which Gaga will still have a higher week total.
