I suspect she kept the song up her sleeve when she recorded the trio of back to back songs (flops lol jk) last year. Obviously Gaga released her pop lead last week and her and her team are going using her as a contemporary benchmark to see if she really is a flop and should stop releasing, or if it was something else. It's actually a good idea in a way... Unfortunately she will be in for a bit of a shock. Small Talk tried to be a power ballad, and Harleys In Hawaii was slow enough to be one, and neither did well. She NEEDS to release a power anthem or dance smash.
