An unexpected win for climate change with the reduction in fossil fuel consumption. There will be a day when electric or hydrogen cars will be widely used.  China can push the transition faster than more market based economies if they choose to.

I don't want to be that person but this is being such a wake up call for China and i hope the rest of the countries learn too

It shows how green energy implementation would impact the climate … but it's taking a total catastrophe to do it..

Plus, I think the 'instant' conversion to green energy would be similarly catastrophic …
