So, we've discussed so much the movie, yeah the new video we all waited for. Tbh honest even if i dont love it i still missed these days of upbeat. But im just gonna comment on first thought that came to mind. 

No, not sailor moon power rangers, 80s b-sides adventure or horror. 

But something to do with apple a big group, a cute simple song.

A terrific video that was part of ipod comercial, which made the song enter on top 10. 

Bright colors, big choreo reminding as of maybe "its oh so quiet". Tho i cant remember but indie music in 00s had dance videos and many are tremendously more captivating than pop ones. 

It was a big campaign at time for both artist and company. 

So coming back to our lady. The set isnt in a warehouse, the song is more upbeat. But it seems the filming process was kinda the same, just one was done with iphone. Ofc technally more difficult than selenas video. 

The director talks about people doing it at home... Hmm really? It seems he failed trying to do that. 

Yes this is a critic opinion. To gaga director, richy and also and General state in music videos lately. Mostly are badly executed. For ex react by pcd is horrible, amateur. we dont need to spend money like mj to do an iconic video or at least one that looks like a final product. 

The video gaga shot doesnt sell iphone. It instead shows the technical flaws that come with it. The construction of the scenes, the choreo, etc it just wasnt completely thought with that intention. Like single ladies has a little trick for creatig very mesmerrizing effect with the little ramp. 

Id say the biggest flaw besides the weird long angles was that every dancer was at same floor level or seems so. 

And.. Humm theres this new slofie thing, they couldnt include a slow motion scene shot to sell that?? The bridge or her solo dance break betwen the chorus and verse.. Or the intro... 

Then theres the outfits that could be used and should be used just for still scenes like big pads. Its not good for dancing. Also the styling for some dancers is too busy it doesnt help for dancing and even worse a camera from iphone. All those movements arent capturated well.  It seems like this was a live performance, maybe directed  like at enigma would really work tbh. 

Ofc the main issue is richy. Compliments on some steps, they are thought for monsters to dance at home. But its so confusing and still doesnt really flow. And worse is the arrangement of the dancers. This choreo with hekp of a broadway choreographer would be wonderful.
