I hope the album will sound like a mixture of fun and experimental tracks. I didn’t really like Stupid Love much. I thought it was ok but more like more of the same thing. It’s like she didn’t grow as an artists since Born This Way, and she did. Shallow and Always Remember Us this way and basically the whole A Star Is Born thing was a genius move and I thought after that, she’d do something pop but different, but Stupid Love, both we music and video is a mishmash or Born This Way, Bad Romance and Applause, except the result is way less memorable and iconic than all three.

I don’t mean to put down anyone, but she looks amazing in general and she dresses like such a mysterious artistic figure but the music is too generic for her image. The video seems to aim for an 80s vibe at first but the material (music and video) pales in comparison to The Weeknd’s 80s inspired music and visuals of Daft Punk’s 70s retro funk. Like they got some text effects and called it a day and the rest was the heels from BR, the punk style from BTW, the colors from ARTPOP. It’s the same mess from Engima which is like a downgraded low budget version of all her iconic looks.

i hope the album will have much better tracks. I tend to enjoy album tracks more and I hope it won’t be disappointing. I really love the title CHROMATICA.

I think you just don’t understand any of the references.  The song sonically is a mix of new wave (think “Don’t You Forget About Me) and 80s/90s pop (there’s a huge Whitney influence vocally, and unlike with BTW Gaga can actually hit those note and give that mature vocal delivery this time), with some 10s/20s touches such as the vocal chops in the chorus and intro. The visuals aren't “an 80s vibe”. Aesthetically it’s a huge nod to the power rangers aesthetic (90s), Y2K fashion, and anime. You can call the song unoriginal but girl don’t be testing miss Stupid Love with your two paragraph review and analysis sis

I've decided if Chromatica leaks early or certain songs come out in snippets I'm not gonna listen this time. Even though I LOVED discovering Stupid Love and the last few albums that way, I wanna try something different and wait for the official release.  Are you proud of me for my self-restraint?
