Anyways It's a good thing, She needed downtime between the albums to separate them and step away from the ASIB image in preparation for Chromatica. She’s an artist, she doesn’t do things linearly. She was probably working on both at the same time but HL just ended up finishing first because she ended up loving it more than expected, while LG6 was delayed because Interscope could afford to wait for Gaga to make it perfect. That bow outfit with the Alien helmet was supposed to be worn by another, smaller artist, Blew Velvet, for their debut release party which was then, but they reached out to them saying, "hey sorry, we can't give you this, a REALLY high profile client snatched it up for that same weekend and we gave it to them on an exclusivity deal." (they had receipts of them wearing the outfit from the designer in NYC to verify). So if it *was* ready then, which idk if it was, why would she record the video SO close to release? I have a hunch that she's tinkered with these songs a lot so while the V5 demo sounds very similar to what was released, maybe she tried other ways as well and just came back to this one. Since releasing LG6 during the peak of ASIB would’ve just ended it’s popularity early.
