Try again. @Delicatesaid that he is worried that Katy focussing on her looks in the same manner as when she was 7 years ago won’t bring her the same success as 7 years ago. The same formula is not working. In fact people stop listening to new music when they don’t see any personal growth in an artist, they just get nostalgic and listen to the classic music from 7 years ago. Which is exactly what is happening. People aren’t interested in Katy’s new music (even though a lot of it is actually good). So you shouldn’t be dismissing the opinion of her fans that want her to shift her focus away from image and make it more about her the artist. We want to see and hear her perspective, good or bad, not just see perfect image after perfect image. It gets tedious. There is more to her than what she is projecting, and her music can and should reflect that. It’s not about her photos winning or failing.
