It's one of my favourite Gaga singles. My love of the song won't change because of the charts - I was just surprised to see an album track / third single doing so well, I guess. No need to call me out for comparing - we're all in a thread right now that exists partly to compare, lol. Charts are about comparing the commercial success of different songs. It's good for Gaga. Her streaming numbers have always been extremely weak, but she makes up for it in the charts with pure sales. By all accounts, SL is doing very well in pure sales—sold out on her site, #1 on Itunes, etc. The positive press should help a bit, too, with the sales. You aren't wrong, but all Gaga needed was "okay" #s (because of the strength of her pure sales) instead of her usually sh*tty streaming numbers.
