The corona virus is causing for panic, and the options are currently being discussed. For example, it is stated that if the danger is too big for society, certain countries will be excluded. Like 1,000 people is a LOT - if they all caught the virus and spread it to their friends and family, it's the same as a big event where everyone would be exposed!
