The light reflecting off the top of the shoulder looks magenta, the 2 squares below that look pink, and the squares overlapping the pink look red. I'm tempted to call it lighting effects on metallic paint, but with Gaga you never know. Hope it appears in the Haus of Gaga display this summer.
