Honestly as much as I wish she could get her 5th #1, if you told me in 2016 after Perfect Illusion that Gaga would have a #1 (Shallow) and a solo top 3-5 hit I'd be shocked. Very proud and very happy as long as it debuts top 5 which is definitely on lock. Maybe we can get that 5th #1 with the Ariana collab

Well he didn't understand the movie. Jackson criticized Ally's move to be more pop because he thinks it in inauthentic to her message, her voice.  It was not pop per se that was the issue, it was the lack of authenticity on Ally. 

 

With Gaga however, she is authentic whatever genre of music she release.

She did, he has writing and producing credits
