this is very common with YouTube. I've even noticed with my own content that the actual "verified" views that display publicly lag behind the "real-time" views, whether the video is doing well or not. Doesn't fully catch up for 6-12 hours i'd say. Also depends on how fast the video is gaining. In this case most likely 12-18 hours until the verified views are pretty close to matching the real-time views.
