Yes but it looks like a good signal to me. In Taiwan it's the #6 international song, in Philippines this could lead to Top Hits insertion. Wouldn't be surprised if Oceania & Asia lead Stupid Love growth worldwide.

Also y'all are forgetting that the song has a commercial in the USA for Apple/Iphone.  That's why it's holding up so well. 

It doesn't have that WW and it will take a bit longer for it to take off.  Not even Bad Guy took off WW until literally months after it came out, whereas in the USA it debuted top 5.
