What you talking about? Million Reasons was a moderate hit in the US and Shallow was a big hit in US. Maybe not a huge smash like most other places but it still was a big hit. Basically without radio support. 

She'll need all 3 metrics for a smash, but we don't need radio for a hit. And even then, we don't know what radio will do yet.

Fun Fact: The Cure peaked at number 1 on UK radio. If radio was counted for the UK chart formula, The Cure would've been a top 5, even top 3 hit in the UK! 

Although.. I do think U.S. is the only country that involves radio in its chart formula.
