From what I can see, and how the streams increased later on in the day after the release.. U.S are streaming the song on YouTube and Spotify, not so much AM. Europe is buying on iTunes and streaming on Apple Music.

The only other thing I can think is the mid day update doesn't compliment certain time zones. Like AUS Stan gaga and that's a mediocre position. Time will tell
