First of all, there's no need to be so heated. I wasn't directing my response towards you specifically. I just personally find this "SL is not the lead" rhetoric to be so mind-boggling to me. Like, it's very clearly the lead. There should be no discussing that. Look, I think she could do more promo. I personally would love to see her walking around to different radio stations and talking about the album, or doing different magazine shoots, etc., etc. But I think to believe that she's not promoting this song at all is a little foolish. There's a ton of online promo, billboards, ads on streaming services, etc. This isn't Perfect Illusion where none of that happened. In fact, it's the inverse of PI. PI had a lot more physical promo (i.e. radio interviews, mostly), but it had virtually no online camapign. SL's the opposite. She's not out there promoting the song, but there's a lot that she's doing online. More promo will surely happen when we get closer to the album's release, but let's not act like she's doing nothing either.
