Remixes are usually commissioned months or weeks in advance of a single release for club play and DJ's who report to Billboard for dance charts. The SL remixes were already done and ready to be pushed out to club DJs just as Corona virus was hitting so thats why the big delay. I have DJ friends who report to Billboard they were all counting on SL official remixes coming. In fact they were told they were, then nothing. Again the virus screwed everything. Sad because I was supposed to see Boys Noize there this year, and I guarantee they would have played some of the Chromatica tracks. Could have had my two world's collide. But I could imagine it’s still going to take a hit with the remix only being played on Saturday nights on radio stations that do mixes or something?? Like they won’t benefit from it actually being played it clubs and getting big, is what I was getting at. And I don’t see it doing big streaming numbers. I’m excited to hear how it sounds, don’t get me wrong. But I just don’t think it should be the first thing we hear as the “re-launch” of the era since that what essentially it is. You're entitled to that opinion but i'm more than happy with a remix to tide us over till they are ready to push the promo into high gear. If they need a few more weeks then so be it. People are sounding so ungrateful about it. Be happy we are getting something new. This isn't a personal attack on you but comments in general. There are plenty fans who love remixes other wise there wouldn't be market for them. Especially when she's dropping an electronic/dance/pop album remixes are very important.
