The general public won't care if the album is available in some Russian website. They will enjoy it once is out on iTunes and Spotify. The only possibility is that people have gotten it from Warner/UMG private databases, which people have been hacked into for a long time. (That is also where Chromatica cover came from!) Though the album was not uploaded there, and they changed the cover back to the placeholder for a bit. And i don't think they would've just randomly uploaded the album now. (This is also how Grimes album leaked, because it was uploaded since August 2019.
