It would be seen as piggybacking on the Together At Home event, thereby piggybacking on Covid-19 in a sense. The optics of that scenario are far too risky. I mean, the event is a free one, and she said it herself multiple times that she wanted us to "sit back and enjoy the show". I believe she's highly aware that entertainment, and art in general, also has an important role to play in getting us through this quarantine. I mean she could release a promo single with the money going to covid-19 funds but even this seems cheap and she's making a very clear statement of how she doesn't want to ask money from people who are not wealthy.
