Even if the tour isn’t happening she still planned on releasing the album. Also, where’s the receipts for this supposedly contracted Apple Music event ....? And who’s to say it can’t happen a few months down the line. And Coachella isn’t confirmed to still be happening just because she fit a surprise set into her schedule if it was still in April. As of now, they're definitely not aiming for fall while rescheduling the era, because they're still clinging to a summer tour.
