true true.............i think one reason this era has seemed extra hash is quarantine is heightening a lot of peoples emotions since they are thrown off of having a sense of normalcy. everyones scared and that can make people focus on little things and blow things out of proportion.

More and more people felt comfortable on those platforms, therefore those cultures also grew, ans that also means more negativity and hate and rivalry. (Not trying to justify it, it’s absolutely awful.)

Very true. Back in the day, Little Monsters and Beliebers basically represented most if not all of stan culture. Our fanbase truly pioneered it - or as Gaga said, she gave birth to it - but now stan twitter has a become a movement within itself that spans beyond pop culture and pop music.

I don't know why they find it a problem now either. Gaga usually had messy looks in the past, but did anyone blame Tara for that? No. So why does Sarah catch the brunt of it?

And same here. I don't give a d*** about what she wears out in public, how her makeup looks, or how messy her wigs are, or hair is. I only care that she's in good spirits, and that SHE's fine with the way she looks.

Literally she has always looked "messy" based on what people today say.

You can't have differing opinions. It's all "shade", and dragging, and catty behavior, and just constant negativity. 

Even when you speak out about the negative stuff, people just ban together to tell you to get over it and deal with it

Just honestly sad. Im grateful I wasnt alone like I am now in the beginning for my love for Gaga, because I probably wouldn't have had the courage to feel free and explore my music interests. Ill never forget Gaga rising out of the stage four feet in front of me at the artrave and feeling like I was I. A dream, and my friend at the time recording ME versus her because he was so excited to see my reaction. 

Now it's just constant arguing and complaining. 

 

Sigh. 

I'm over it. Hope Chromatica comes soon.

Her wigs ALWAYS used to be messy. Her makeup was always all over the place. It's only NOW a problem. 

It just sucks because we live in a world where everyone is so divided all the time, I miss being able to connect with other fans about our common interests. 

I don't care what she's wearing or how her hair looks. I just want to sit around with fellow monsters and watch all her videos and talk about which parts we love, versus which parts we hate.

I honestly feel like we should start doing something real quick to change how these "fans" behave, I admit that sometimes I'm a bit harsh on here too, but after all this is a place where we should discuss our liking and love we have for Gaga, and I know, we all have our opinions and maybe is because we have grown and not everything is colorful and the excitment everlasting as it used to be, therefore we also feel the "need" to bring our negativity here sometimes, but the point of this site is to discuss someone we all share and we are in love with, this is supposed to be a place of love, unity and distraction from the real world, not a war zone. Like I said before, we all have our opinions on Gaga and this era, but some of y'all really take it too personally and unleash your negativity with Gaga and us in really unhealthy ways. Also I think moderators should be a bit more strict when it comes to the leaks for example, I think she should not even be able to talk about them because those topics only make things worse, other fanbases avoid the leaks or at least they don't share them everywhere and spread them like wildfire, most fans are really dedicated and respectful with their favs work, we are not, some people even think Gaga "deserves" to have her work and vision leaked and that's digusting, childish, selfish and evil, because we know that Gaga suffers with these situations, she literally had a flare up when Joanne leaked, because stressful situations trigger her reaction. So please, mods, considerate how you moderate the leaks topics, I think we need to change the way we discuss them ASAP.

I know I'm no one here, I don't think I ever had exchanged words with anyone here except for @Regina George and @ACT2 (I love you both), but I truly want the best for all of us as a fanbase, we should unite and share beautiful and kind moments, I don't care how cupcake I sound, I don't give a **** about that, I just want to come here knowing that I'll have a good time, so please, guys, I invite all of us to just try to be more loving, caring and respectful, we don't need to fight all the time, this is NOT a war zone. Hope you all have a good morning/afternoon/night.

Well, if you need someone to talk about Gaga with, I'm here. I'll gladly talk with you about the good times we've had with her. It's just sad that this fanbase has been crumbling since the pre-ARTPOP era. I don't think we'll ever get back to that sense of normalcy again

I remember the insurmountable hype everyone had for the "surprise" fourth single of BTW and everyone thought it was going to be Schiesse and it turned out to be You and I.  I remember how disappointed and bummed most people were, but then our lady turned it OUT with the video and her VMA performance as Jo Calderone and everyone came together for it. I miss that fire we had as a community.
