People changes their minds quite often, which isn't intrinsically a bad thing. It's not a bad thing, but it goes hand in hand with being a commerical artist. And she HAS to know that. It's simply not a wise decision to constantly tease things and never provide any sort of information as to what it is or when it's coming. It's even more frustrating when she teases things and then they never come to fruition. She either needs to leave the commercial market, or she needs to sit down with a team of well experienced people to discuss a better plan of action as to how to remain engaged with your fanbase while also minimizing the havoc. I'm sure there's probably a lot of label interference as well, and I often get the impression she doesn't vocalize those things for fear of pissing them off. So then what? This is exist too to most other minority group. You don't want sabotage your own race, especially not someone who is a huge figure that in a way bring visibility to your community. The thing with being in minorty is you don't have the luxury to even think about it. You don't have this sensibility within Caucasian community.
