I didn’t FaceTime because I look like a car crash on legs rn so here’s the message cut and pasted:

There was indeed some rumblings of a promotional track to cushion the blow of nothing on album release day. But this was knowledge to me the day that they decided the album was to be postponed. And since then a massive global network takeover was planned and announced. Her attention is solely on it. There’s a lot to it that hasn’t even been shared publicly yet, so get excited for that. A song on April 10th would shock me, and that’s because nobody I speak to nor myself have even got anything that closely resembles a hint that it may come out in 2 days. Smarturl links can be created at any time ahead of a release, and are usually inconspicuous to those who aren’t following the artist extremely closely.

I'm not sure what else we could get excited for with the covid event. Unless she's performing new album tracks.

I mean. It’s already big tbh. Massive global network takeovers and streams on virtually every social networking platform that are announced across three late night tv shows simultaneously are extremely rare

I mean she could release a promo single with the money going to covid-19 funds but even this seems cheap and she's making a very clear statement of how she doesn't want to ask money from people who are not wealthy.

My bet is something in the very end of April (even 24th doesn't seem right) or mid May.

I really can’t see her mashing up her Chromatica promo with covid-19 stuff, she clearly doesn’t think it’s appropriate but I’m suspecting a leak any day now, in fact I’m surprised it hasn’t already leaked in its entirety yet

If she debuts a new song during the event, then the event will be seen by many people as a partial marketing grab for her.
WE know that she truly cares for these causes, but others are less inclined to believe the integrity of celebrities.

And while it's already a marketing opportunity for her since her name is on it, still putting out a new product is a blatant grab. And I don't think she would do that.

The fact that it hasn't leaked in its entirety yet makes me think it won't leak
