I think 3 songs will come out before the album because of the rumor from good insiders about a second song coming on Monday.  And then like most of her label-mates a 3rd song shortly before the album release.

If she follows BTW logic in any form, I would be disappointed. I think Enigma and the U.S. holiday season give some formal parameters that she and her team need to work around/within, and hopefully any thoughts of repeating what happened with BTW -- poor planning that led to overexposure after the FIRST single, made worse by the fact she still had enough hype to grab #1 hits on the 2nd and 3rd tries but STILL messed them up, leading to her forcing You & I to #6, and sacrificing Marry the Night as a Thanksgiving roast torn apart by the GP and spit out at #29. By the end of BTW, the GP was ready to vomit from having been overstuffed with Gaga.

2 singles pre-album at most; I think it'll drop close to the 2nd single release a week or so prior to the April Enigma start. SL will bring enough GP hype, and if not, the amazing 2nd single will have a week or so to simmer before the album blows us all away.
