It's the tone of that show

I don't see anything else that make that performance 'not a thing right now and so 2010'. Most of pop girls are still dancing and singing while poerforming it even in 2019/2020.

The ITV network seems to do that with all their YT videos. I don't think there's a law. It's probably to stop trolling
