I love RedOne and his work - he also seems like a lovely man - but I have always had this feeling that he feels accountable for a lot of Gaga's success. And whilst that might be true (in terms of the big hits), I can see why Gaga would want to move away from working with him now. 

And I think this whole Frankensteined scenario is exemplary of how RedOne thinks he knows what's 'best' for Gaga because he's the one behind her biggest hits. 

I don't know, there's something off about it imo.

reminder to everyone to NEVER be mean to Redone plz. He always praises her and is one of least messy ex collaborators. Has he said a few comments that are annoying? Sure. But overall he is a really really nice guy.

(I didn't react to the post but) it's rather absurd to basically say 'it's disrespectful for him to talk about a track if Gaga isn't despite them both working on it' implying Gaga's position trumps his despite them both being musicians. He's allowed to be proud of what he's worked on, especially when asked; he didn't brag unprompted just to stir up **** or act like "he knows what's 'best' for Gaga".

Are you implying her music was only good because of RedOne? Cause I would disagree. Shallow is one of her best songs ever, so is ARUTW and a lot of BTW songs that RedOne didn't work on
