Seriously? The non fans aren't the ones saying this lady outclasses Gaga.... And while I love Gags, I can acknowledge she f*cks up live sometime....but Adele has had numerous missteps when singing live...far more than Gaga. Let's not even talk about Taylor or Lana, both of whom I like, but often flub notes when singing live...I have never seen their fans take camera videos and spread if all over twitter screaming about how they can't sing anymore and then get mad when people point out music critics have praised her recent life performances. What's even more annoying is those "fans' don't acknowledge camera videos don't even accurately capture sound because of the background noise, etc. half the time. I think that some were just joking, but when put everything together (i didn't saw that first tweet) it's very cynical. Honestly, she gets more respect from the casual fans/GP than from most of the original fans that have been around since the beginning. Also, the snarky media gay bloggers/popular twitter personalities drag everyone and always have new favs (they used to drag Dua nonstop for her dancing and vocals and even come for Rih sometimes...the only one who has "escaped" their wrath is Beyonce), and some fans definitely take their cue from them. Other examples are how "fan" tweets trashing her singling have gone viral on Pop Crave and the whole mess with Brian Newman. I know twitter isn't real life, but it's bad when the fans are so terrible that some of the fuss ends up spilling in the media. What helps Gaga is that with online news, etc. there is always a new story every 15 minutes and nothing, except the Brian thing, has ever become so big to get picked up by places like People. what happened with Brian Newman? They post the same things phrased differently every day hoping it will go viral. Her fan base isn't a very nice one in general compared to others. Those big Stan accounts use her for viral tweets but have any of them even bothered to go to see Enigma instead of just criticising it? But that's their shtick and other fans enable it by saying "it's just a joke"and liking it. Meanwhile Gaga rarely interacts with us and you wonder why.... Let's not get into how misogynistic and cruel some of her gay stans can be, because you all aren't ready for that conversation. Imagine being "ashamed" cuz someone sang "better than Gaga" (even though that's not true). I am so tired of insecure people projecting onto Gaga. Gaga being great won't make you great. Love yourself. Some fans then blamed Gags when it was in People saying it was her own fault for "behaving that way" instead of recognizing that maybe, just maybe, they shouldn't have made such a big deal about it on twitter. Meanwhile, a few months later Angie (who some fans were fake sympathizing with) took off her top and basically gave Gaga sexually charged dance at one of Brian's shows while rubbing her bare tits all over Gaga's hair lol. Twitter ain't real life, but on a slow news day the tabloids will occasionally pick up viral tweets and sh*t. The reason the Brian thing went so far is because of fretting Bradga shippers overreacting to it and making it spread 🙄 They get mad at Gaga any time she dares to kiss a man who is not Bradley Cooper. They'd rather push the notion that she's a drug addict than simply happy with Michael. You can't call yourself a fan of someone if you get angry and abusive when they don't give you what you want. LGMonster95 13,704 Posted February 20, 2020 Share Posted February 20, 2020 I know many of them are joking (even thought a joke is suppose to be funny not tasteless) but whenever I'm going to twitter, a lot of times I have the feeling that Gaga is disrespected, a lot of times her "fanbase" is acting even more rude than her own haters, a lot of them have this typical toxic stan behaviour which they find funny but in reality is just tragic...
